Deleting your account and data
How to request an export or deletion.
Go to Account settings to permanently delete your account. You'll need to acknowledge what deletion does and type your exact username to confirm.
Your profile, favorites, and sign-in details are removed. Live listings come off the shop; pieces in review are withdrawn. Sold pieces stay in our transaction records but are unlinked from your account.
Need an export first? Write in from the email on the account with the topic 'Account' before you delete.
