New with tags vs. pre-loved
Both sell on souQsy, with the same checkout and payment protection.
Pre-loved and new-with-tags pieces both sell here, on souQsy. New with tags means the piece was never worn and still has its original tags — it is still a community listing, not a brand storefront.
Payment protection is the same either way: we hold the payment until the piece arrives as described. If something is off, open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery.
