When do I get paid

Your piece sells, you ship within your stated window with tracking, the buyer receives it, and 72 hours after delivery — assuming no dispute — your earnings move from pending to available in your souQsy balance. Transfer them to your bank whenever you're ready.

You don't need any of that set up to list. At your first sale we'll ask you to activate your souQsy balance, which is where Stripe verifies your identity and bank details — souQsy never sees them.

Slow tracking, a buyer who opens a dispute, or shipping without tracking will all delay this. The single best thing you can do for fast payouts is ship quickly with tracking and describe your pieces honestly.
